Due to health and safety requirements and the nature of the products sold at The Holistic Hygienist, we are unable to accept returns or refunds unless you have received the wrong items or you have received damaged or defective items. If you change your mind, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and address the issue.

If the items you have received are incorrect, damaged or defective, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning such items.

All returns must be in original, resealable condition. We will not refund or exchange any items if they look like they have been used, opened, or are not in original condition.

Once we have received your items and provided you have complied with the above conditions, a full refund (not including return postage) will be completed into your nominated account.
